(2) How much will a viewing trip cost me?
Our one to one viewing trip is currently on offer at £95.00 per person. Top
 
(3) How long does the trip last?
Generally 4-5 days. Although we can cater for shorter periods i.e. weekends if required. Top
 
(4) What is a typical viewing trip?
Although each trip is tailored for individual needs broadly speaking a trip would pan out as follows; You will fly where possible on a scheduled airline from a regional airport - flying time approx. 2 hours 15 mins. You will be met on arrival by one of our knowledgable friendly staff, who will then take you to your accommodation. During your stay you will be shown a wide selection of properties from our vast portfolio on the Costa Blanca, Calida and Almeria. During the evenings you will be free to discuss the days events at your leisure. Top
 
(5) Where will I stay during my trip?
You will be staying at one of the areas premier hotels on a bed & full English breakfast basis. Lunch is also included and will be taken in one of the many restaurants in the area being viewed. Top
 
(6) Will I see all of the properties within my budget?
As a truly Independent company we are in a position to offer you the widest selection of properties along the Costa Blanca, Calida and Almeria. We are not tied to any developers or builders and can offer a full and unbiased presentation. Top
 
(7) What if I decide to purchase a property during my viewing trip?
Firstly you will need to secure your property with a deposit of 3000 euros. You will then be introduced to an English speaking solicitor and should you require, we will assist you in opening a Spanish bank account. Top
 
(8) How can I finance the purchase of my property in Spain?.
We have access to independent financial advisors, who can arrange equity release in this country or arrange a Spanish mortgage with one of the main banks in Spain. Top
 
(9) Are there any extra costs over and above the price of the property?
Typically you should allow 10%. This would cover the 7% Spanish V.A.T (Known as I.V.A) and the further 3% would cover your legal costs, including Solictors fees, notary and property tax. Top
 
(10) Is the cost of living cheaper in Spain
The cost of living in Spain is approximately 30% less than in the UK. If you couple this with the warmer climate and easy going way of life it's not difficult to see why so many people choose to purchase in this part of the world. Top
 
(11) Is there any help afforded to me after my purchase?
At Prime Spanish Properties we offer a full after sales service, a member of our staff in Spain will be available to assist you. i.e. furniture shops, car hire, accommodation, e.t.c. Top
