Prime Spanish Properties offers a unique service to help you find your ideal property in Spain. Let us be your guide on an individually tailored, one-to-one viewing trip, specially organised for you and no one else. This way you will view the finest and latest selection of properties on the Costa Blanca, the Costa Calida and the Costa Almeria in the most efficient, cost-effective and enjoyable way possible.
When you find a property to suit your requirements, our friendly, knowledgeable guide will be able to answer all your questions on site. In that way you will have all the information and assurances you need to choose the property that suits you best.
We guarantee you will view more properties with us in three days than you would in three weeks on your own.
People who try to view properties in Spain without guidance run the risk of spending too much money, getting in a muddle with Spanish law and failing to see all the properties they should.
In the UK you use estate agents, solicitors, banks and so on, and it’s just the same in Spain, but with the added disadvantage of differing local legislation and the fact not everyone speaks English. How well can you speak Spanish?
Our experience has shown us the cost of flights, accommodation, meals, car-hire and so on works out at £800+ per couple per week!
A one-to-one viewing trip with Prime Spanish Properties will only cost you from as little as £95 (please call us for our latest price). Dealing with a fully registered independent company like Prime Spanish Properties not only works out much cheaper – it is 100% safer.
To be guided around the finest properties in Spain by one of our friendly and knowledgeable couriers ensures an experience that is not only well organised and informative but is also relaxing and enjoyable. Our clients are often surprised at how much is achieved in just a few days.
When you touch down at the airport you will be met in the arrivals area by the member of our team who will be your guide for the duration of your stay.
Your guide will then take you on the short journey to your accommodation, which will be at one of the area’s premier hotels. For your convenience we provide you with a few essentials, such as tea, coffee, bread, water, milk and a bottle of the local wine.
Your accommodation will be on a full English bed and breakfast basis and you will also have access to the hotel bar and restaurant. There will also be a variety of bars and restaurants within a short walk of the hotel for you to sample in the evenings.
